Robert Price is an accomplished legal professional with a distinguished career spanning several decades. He embarked on his academic journey at Thomas Jefferson High School in San Antonio, Texas, graduating in 1965. His pursuit of knowledge continued at the University of Texas in Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1968. Subsequently, in 1971, he successfully completed his legal education at the University of Texas School of Law.

Mr. Price’s legal career commenced with a pivotal role at the Bexar County District Attorney’s office, where he served from 1972 to 1973. Since then, he has established himself as a prominent criminal defense attorney in private practice. Notably, he has held board certification in criminal law since 1979, reflecting his expertise and commitment to the field.

Throughout his illustrious career, Robert Price has actively contributed to the legal community. He has lent his insights and leadership as a member of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization Criminal Law Advisory Commission and the State Bar Penal Code and Criminal Procedure Committee.

He has served on the Board of Directors of the San Antonio Library Foundation, the Board of Directors for Contemporary Art at the San Antonio Museum Association, and held the position of Vice-President on the Board of Directors for the Blue Star Art Space, dedicated to showcasing contemporary alternative art. Louis D. Martinez

Louis D. Martinez is a seasoned legal practitioner specializing exclusively in Criminal Law, with a notable focus on DWI Defense. Graduating from the University of Texas Law School in 2002, Mr. Martinez’s legal journey began with internships under the guidance of United States District Court Magistrate John W. Primomo and as a law clerk at Beirne, Maynard & Parsons, LLP, a distinguished civil litigation firm in Houston.

Mr. Martinez’s commitment to criminal defense became evident early in his career as he embarked on trying criminal jury trials shortly after establishing his practice. Impressively, he achieved a remarkable success rate, winning his first nine DWI trials in succession and thirteen out of his first fifteen. This early accomplishment marked the beginning of a distinguished legal career.

At the age of 28, Mr. Martinez was appointed as an Associate Municipal Judge by the San Antonio City Council. In this role, he presided over traffic cases and trials, showcasing his depth of legal expertise. His career continued to ascend, and at the age of 30, he earned the endorsement of the Felony Judges of Bexar County to represent defendants in Capital Murder cases. The following year, he achieved another milestone by becoming the youngest attorney in a generation to defend a Death Penalty case in Bexar County. In this pivotal trial, he successfully persuaded the jury to reject the District Attorney’s request for a death sentence, cementing his reputation as a formidable defense attorney.

As a person who had a lot on the line. MR MARTINEZ always told me it how it was. Good or bad. With that being said. He truly is a great person and a Great Lawyer.
